At the Foothills Behavioral Health Clinic in Estill county we operate a licensed Outpatient Substance Abuse Disorder Program and Behavioral Health Program and employ Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors to provide outpatient substance abuse counseling. Transportation may be provided to patients who need assistance.
