Sliding fee discount program available to those qualified, and contracted with most insurance companies including medicare and medicaid. Services include, but not limited to: Medical and Pediatric Care, Dental Care, Reproductive Health, Prenatal Services, Well Woman Healthcheck, Care Coordination, and Behavioral Health.
