Southwest WIC Program

Description

The WIC Program and serves as a Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children up to 5. Patients may receive nutritional assessments and education, referrals to health care, and nutritious foods to supplement diets. Southwest offers an opportunity to access quality health care from excellent providers. Care is affordable to all as Southwest offers a discount fee schedule to persons without insurance.
