Erie Foster Avenue Health Center is Erie’s first location on a hospital campus. Located at the corner of Foster and California, Erie Foster Avenue offers all new equipment in a state-of-the-art, beautiful environment. We offer primary medical care for children, adults and older adults, prenatal care and women’s health services, behavioral health services, chronic disease management, vaccines and flu shots, STI testing and treatment. It also hosts a Lending Hands for Life satellite clinic, which provides care for patients with HIV/AIDS.
