Neighborhood Health Center Hillsboro Clinic offers Family Planning and Reproductive Health Services to all for all stages of their lives. Services include breast care, birth control, family planning, fertility and sexual health, testing to see if you are pregnant and PAP smears. Additional services include primary care health services and referral for specialty services. NHC offers sliding fee scale based on your income and will never turn away a patient regardless of income or current state of wellness. We welcome new patients.
