CommUnityCare Health Centers currently has 28 locations throughout Austin and the Travis County area including one in Bastrop County. Most of our locations provide primary care services with the exception of a select few that also include specialty and others that are specific to women’s health, complex care management, and dental.

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, MAP/MAP Basic, most insurances, as well as an income-based sliding scale fee.

Patients experiencing homelessness are encouraged to access services directly at this site without referral.
Patients needing access to intensive outpatient services for complex medical needs will need a referral from their existing primary care provider or discharging provider.
Walk-ins are welcome.
