Lone Star Circle of Care (LSCC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center, more commonly known as a Community Health Center (CHC). We are a nonprofit organization serving the primary and behavioral health care needs of all individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. At LSCC, we are committed to building healthy families and strong communities by connecting our patients with the services they need to achieve optimal health and wellness. Annually, LSCC provides more than 355,000 visits to 94,000 unique patients.
