The new PCC Austin Family Health Center is a new expansion project that will bring community health care and a lifestyle center to the West Side of Chicago. The new facility will combine primary and specialty care, mental health services, nutritional assistance, and fitness education programs in conjunction with the existing facilities on the PCC Austin campus.
Through developing this new community healthcare and lifestyle center, PCC aims to create a home supporting PCC’s mission in the hope of serving as a model in community healthcare across the country. In addition, we are utilizing technology to minimize the impact of COVID, and other airborne infectious diseases.
