Signature Health Ashtabula offers these outpatient services: counseling and psychiatry for mental health and addiction recovery, medication assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use disorder, primary medical care (all ages), infectious disease care, lab work, and an on-site pharmacy.
Walk-in assessments for new behavioral health patients are available Monday-Friday (arrive between 9am and 2:30pm).

We primarily serve Medicaid, Medicare and uninsured patients, regardless of ability to pay. We offer a sliding fee scale program, which means the cost for services could be as low as $0, $5, $10 or $20, depending on household income and size. Our financial specialists also can help get eligible patients signed up for Medicaid coverage.
