Our patients can access family medicine, pediatric services, prenatal care, postpartum care, mental and behavioral healthcare services, dental healthcare, pharmacy services, and telemedicine. We accept Medicaid, private insurance, CHP+, and provide sliding scale payment plans. We can also help you enroll in health insurance.
