About this Resource
Our mission is to provide quality, compassionate and affordable primary health care to residents of Northeastern Oklahoma, in Wagoner and Muskogee Counties. Arkansas Verdigris Valley Health Centers, Inc. (AVV Health Centers) was established in 2005 as a 501(c)(3) private, non-profit organization. It operated with state funding until 2009 at which time it became a federally qualified health center (FQHC) through funding by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
