Exodus Transitional Community is a non-profit, offering a broad spectrum of services for adults and youth affected by the justice system. We proudly provide re-entry services and lead policy and advocacy efforts that promote positive change in our communities. Whether through direct service or service referrals, our mission is to ensure our participants not only become contributing members of society but also that we meet as many of their daily needs as possible to ensure they succeed and live well.
