Affinity Health Center serves the healthcare needs of our community by providing access to high quality, comprehensive care with compassion, dignity and respect. As a community health center we provide: primary care, dental care, lab, HIV specialty care, hepatitis C treatment, mental health counseling, medication assistance, and case management to patients regardless of their ability to pay. We welcome Medicaid, Medicare, uninsured, and private insurance. Avita Pharmacy is located in the lobby of our main site. Affinity's main site is located in Rock Hill with 3 additional locations in Clover and York (2). Services vary by location.
