Welcome to Neighborhood Healthcare - Ray M. Dickinson Wellness Center at Date Street. Located on the Escondido campus, the Ray M. Dickinson Wellness Center provides dental and behavioral health services to children and adults and houses the organization’s administrative offices. This health center is within walking distance to three other Neighborhood Healthcare centers, allowing patients easier access to comprehensive medical care.
