About this Resource
ReDelicious is DC’s food lab co-op - we turn food waste into delicious community. Every week, we divert and re-distribute fresh leftover food that would otherwise go to waste from farmer’s markets and local businesses. We then gather to give it all away for free while creating community and educational experiences around cooking, preserving, donating, and cultivating delicious food.
We are growing and investing in a future kitchen lab and culture library - a set of equipment and cultures for food preservation, fermentation, and mushroom cultivation.
