Family Health Center (FHC) has been devoted to providing quality care for all patients since its opening in 1971. Our mission is to ensure that all members of the community have access to quality, comprehensive, patient-centered health care. Our services include Medical Care, Family Practice, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Immediate Care, Laboratory Tests and Screenings, Dental Care, Behavioral & Mental Health Care, Medical Social Work, Substance Use Disorder, Medical-Assisted Therapy, Physical & Occupational Therapy, Women, Infants & Children Program, and Pharmacy & Emergency Prescription Assistance. We also offer bilingual interpretation and financial support services.
