Harbor Care Health & Wellness Center provides affordable healthcare for all with a sliding-fee scale, based on income; Medicaid; Medicare; and private insurance. Harbor Care offers a team of doctors, nurse practitioners, dentists, behavioral health (mental health and substance use treatment) clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, case managers, and support staff to provide all Greater Nashua community members with high quality, integrated primary, behavioral and oral health care. Specialty services include residential and outpatient substance use treatment, psychiatry and medication management , HIV care, pediatrics, and women’s health.
