We are a telemedicine based free clinic for the residents of Metro Detroit (Wayne, Washtenaw and Oakland Counties) who do not have access to health insurance.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality virtual medical care to all qualified patients from the safety and security of their home/safe location. We plan to manage chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, weight management and more.
