Crossings Community Clinic, a Christ-centered 501(c)(3) organization, opened in May 2005 to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the uninsured. We are a free clinic open five days a week to serve the medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health needs of the uninsured in Oklahoma.
We are accepting new patients who are uninsured and live in the 73114, 73120, 73132, 73162 zip codes.
