We sell you a 1/2 or whole grass fed beef harvested directly off our family’s ranch. We line you up with our custom local butcher who cuts and wraps it to the specific size and specialty cuts your family prefers. You get about 400-500 lbs of meat with a whole beef purchase and 200-250 lbs of meat with a 1/2 side of grass fed beef purchase.
