Founded in 1967, Utah Non-Profit Housing Corporation (UNPHC) is Utah’s largest non-profit developer of affordable multi-family housing. We are a 501(c)3 organization and a Community Housing Development Organization. UNPHC has developed or acquired/rehabilitated more than 50 Family, Senior and Special Needs Properties to date, which serves in excess of 2500 households, the majority of whom make less than 20% of the area median income. More than 18,000 households have been part of the UNPHC family.
