We provide a complete range of homebuyer resources to prepare prospective homebuyers to become financially self-reliant homeowners including, first-time homebuyer education classes, foreclosure mitigation, and credit counseling. Being CDFI certified, our subsidiary, Southern Colorado Community Lending (SCCL) is able to financially support low-economic communities and underserved community members. SCCL offers home, business, and rehab lending options. In addition, NWSoCo is a home developer, finishing our current Hyde Park development and breaking ground on our Pikes Peak Park development in 2022. Also focusing on community development, the Bessemer Mobile Food Pantry takes place once a month to support residents in need.
