2nd Chance at Heart is an affordable Independent Living Facility, community-oriented living space tailored for Veterans, Seniors, Adults facing the challenges of mental illness and Disabled Adults with intellectual and developmental differences. Our aim is to foster inclusivity and independence.

Residents are empowered to hone their self-sufficiency,
decision-making, safety, medical care, employment, advocacy, community engagement, civic participation, and self-identity. We champion their right to seamlessly integrate into the wider community, offering unfettered access for skill development and social connections. Residents have the autonomy to shape their activities and cultivate genuine friendships and support networks.
