Our organization will sell back the rehabilitated home or brand new home to low-income persons using the area median income (AMI) in the region developed annually by HUD. Our organization's purpose in engaging in such activities is to provide housing opportunities in low-income rural and urban communities in the Omaha, Nebraska Metropolitan areas and improve the economy and community. These activities promote exempt purposes by relieving conditions of poverty and homelessness.
