Ebenezer Maxwell Mansion
Description
Ebenezer Maxwell Mansion is Philadelphia's only authentically restored Victorian house museum. The first floor is interpreted to the 1860s during the American Civil War and the Industrial Revolution. The second floor is interpreted to post Centennial Philadelphia circa 1876-1880. The Mansion is open for docent-led tours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons, but also presents live theatre events, workshops, lectures, and special events year round.
