Free Medical clinic

We see uninsured patients for Primary Care, Psychiatry/Counseling, Physical Therapy, Orthopedic, Cardiology, Nephrology, Urology, Neurology, Pulmonology, GI.
All services are free of charge for provider consulation including initial evaluation and any follow ups. Only charge is for prescribed medications, blood draw, and imaging all of which are located at outside facilities.
We kindly do request a donation ($10 - $50) per each visit per patients' discretion. Please contact us if you are looking to make a large donation.
