Turning Point offers confidential at no cost resources to individuals and families. Turning Point is a safe place where ALL survivors of domestic and intimate partner abuse and their children can find refuge. We provide services in Lehigh and Northampton counties and reach nearly 3,500 people a year through our programs and services. Those include: a 24-hour Helpline, Safe House Emergency Shelter, Empowerment Counseling and Groups, Legal Advocacy, Community Outreach, Prevention Education, and Medical Advocacy.
