FIRST at Blue Ridge is a North Carolina Licensed, Buncombe County recognized, Peer Led, 12 Step Based, Modified Therapeutic Community with an Intensive Clinical Overlay. We offer residential treatment for chronic substance use disorders, including transitional housing, group counseling, self-help meetings, case management, job-placement assistance, and other services for individuals facing addiction, homelessness, unemployment, and criminal justice involvement. Our mission is to provide opportunities, guidance, and education to help individuals make positive life changes and become responsible, productive members of society.
