Transitional Services & Housing provides support to individuals in crisis and reintegration. We offer access to resources, helpful advice, and counseling. Additionally, we have a 2nd step transitional housing program specifically for men. Our operation is centered around Christ, which means we're working to 'reconcile the disconnected' because we feel that changing those with a sense of hope can eventually change the neighborhood.
