Shield Bearer offers counseling only by therapists licensed in the state of Texas. Services are offered on a sliding scale based on ability to pay. Shield Bearer strives to never turn someone away because of inability to pay.

We are a small army fighting big issues in Houston. Unhappy marriages, abusive relationships, teenage parents, repairing hearts of crime victims, trauma victims, human trafficking survivors...we offer comprehensive support services for all of these situations. Through prevention programs, individual counseling, group classes, and customized programs, we serve as a shield of hope and healing to people that others often turn away.
