Serving one out of four Garrett County residents and one in three households, Garrett County Community Action Committee (GCCAC) Inc. provides opportunities to individuals, families, and seniors in several areas: Asset Development, Child & Family Development, Community Economic Development, Senior Services, Service Coordination, and Transportation.

Garrett County Community Action administers various support programs and services to individuals, families, and seniors throughout the region and in Garrett County's eight municipalities: Accident, Deer Park, Friendsville, Grantsville, Kitzmiller, Loch Lynn Heights, Mountain Lake Park, and Oakland.
