Harbor Cares Foundation offer 30 beds of shelter for injured or ill homeless adults nearing release from hospitals. The goal of Harbor Care is to assist recently discharged individuals in their recovery, by providing shelter, housing focused case management, nourishing food, and then to transition each resident from recuperative care to more permanent housing.
