Family Promise of Jacksonville works with families with children who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness with the goal of returning to stability. Intensive case management focuses on affordable housing, gainful employment, medical needs, financial literacy and childcare & education. Family Promises has a Temporary Shelter, a diversion program and a prevention program. It is the smallest shelter in Duval County serving families. There is no faith requirement.
