Founded in 1979 by Lynn Ballew, a professor and humanitarian and her daughter nicknamed 'Bean'. Bean’s Cafe exists to fight hunger for all ages, one meal at a time, while providing a pathway to self-sufficiency with dignity and respect. Our continued focus is feeding the hungry and homeless in our community.
We are the largest provider of meals to men, women and children facing hunger and food insecurity.
