Bridge to Hope offers comprehensive wrap-around supports designed to create food security, improve health, nutritional and economic outcomes, and that bridge the gap to self-sufficiency for economically disadvantaged and in-crisis households; to raise the quality of life, and restore dignity & hope to those in need. We build stronger, happier, and safer communities by empowering our clients to be sustainably self-sufficient. We do this by offering to program and collaborating with the best of other local providers to create opportunities for economic change.
