Zumbro Valley Health Center is a private, non-profit organization that provides mental health, substance use disorder, primary care, and community-based services to twelve counties in SE Minnesota. Our staff staff work collaboratively with clients, co-workers and community providers to develop a comprehensive treatment plan which addresses the distinct needs of each client, including treatment for psychological, medical, substance use and social issues.
