Disability Dream Weavers (TURNING DREAMS INTO REALITIES) is established as a 501 (c)(3) Tax Exempt nonprofit organization to provide direct services and assistance to persons with disabilities in San Diego and surrounding areas. The organization is based on the philosophy that every person has unique abilities, unique needs, and unlimited potential. Our mission is accomplished through our life enrichment programs that provide disability education, information, resources and services for purchasing essential items. We provide H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Everyday) for those who have been neglected because of a disability. HOPE is our campaign to empower persons with disabilities, to fulfill their dreams, thus enhance their life qualities.
